TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Full installation workmanship warranty is given during the first twelve (12) months (from date of tax invoice).
Transport and checking charges are waived during the next twenty-four (24) months. Only labour, parts and material charges are applicable.
Installation warranty 3 years (does not covered any condensation and sweating).

The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and shall not be transferable, negotiable or assignable to any third party.
The warranty shall immediately cease and become void if there are any unauthorized alterations, adjustments or tampering of Air con pipings & ducts.
The warranty shall immediately cease and become void if the authorized person is not the above named.
Installation warranty void if air-conditioner is not regularly serviced by Best Tech™.

Appointment is subjected to advance booking and availability of Company's schedule slot.
All installation warranty will be based on specification of 3/8″ thickness any condensation due to the requirement of thicker insulation will be chargeable.
Customer has be present at the premise to confirm location of the fan coils on the date and time of installation. Any alteration after confirmation of piping routing signed will be chargeable even if customer is not present.

The cost of modifying any cupboards or storage units and work surface where the product is built in which will be borne by owner and Best Tech is not liable for any damages caused during the replacement process.
48 Hours notice to postpone the job / failure to do chargeable $100.
